What does it mean to be truly present with who we are?
What does it mean to be grounded in the truth of the present moment? How do we fit into the here and now within ourselves? How do we aid the intuition process through daily life?
The patterning of the physical existence makes us less aware of Soul's process upon the earth. Once Soul is tuned into, we find a deeper connection with ourselves. Who are we? Often this discovery of the self creates a disconnection from the earth plane, bringing us into dimensions of reality that are real, yet unreal.
How does it feel to walk in truth? To take each step with purpose?
How do we honour and respect ourselves and bring forth the lessons that we carry upon the daily journey?
What shakes us from our path? What shifts energy out of our body? What inhibits the energy flow?
How do we keep focused upon ourselves while loving others?
The answers to these and all questions in life are contained within. Each answer is specifically unique to each of us.
Each session will start with a group sharing of who we are and where we are at, bringing forth a common theme throughout the group, from which the evenings intention can be derived. The intention is held and then taken into a half hour meditative journey towards grounding the intention and all it brings. The meditation will be followed by a second sharing session, reflecting upon the outcomes of the journey within and how to take it further into daily life.
